Walk-A-Thon Meeting
There will be a walkathon meeting on Wednesday, March 25th at 8:00 a.m. in the Conference Room next to Ms. Bordeleau's office.  We still need some people to chair a few committees.  Interested?  We would love to see you at our next meeting.

Girl Talk
Girl Talk is canceled for tonight.  Girl Talk will be rescheduled at a later date.

Spring Extracurricular Activities
The Spring session for St. Simon Extracurricular Activities will begin the week of April 20th.  We will be offering:
•       Art:  Draw, Paint, and Sculpt (grades 2-4)
•       Computer Explorers:  GPS Treasure Hunting Hikes (grades 2-8)
•       Computer Explorers:  Alternative Energy Projects (grades 2-8)
•       Saints for Justice (grades 5-8, new students are welcome)

Mardi Gras on Tuesday - Thank you
A big thank you to those who helped with the Mardi Gras/Sundae on Tuesday event!  We couldn't have done it without you.  Phil Ackerly, the magician, was a big hit with the kids.  Hope you all had fun.

Girls Basketball News
Congratulations to the Girls Varsity "A" basketball team for their win today for the league Championship !! It was a great game and I know the girls were very appreciative of all the support they received at the game.
A big thank you to Coach Bonovich and Coach Vandenberg for a very successful season !!!!
The League All-Star game will be held on Tuesday March 17, 2009 @ St. Nicholas. Game starts at 7:00 PM.  Because St. Simon finished first in the league, we will be sending four girls to the All-Star game.  Our All- Stars are:

Amanda Delfino
Come to the All-Star game and cheer on our girls !!
Another big congratulations goes out to all three of the JVB (5th grade) girls basketball teams !!!  All three teams made it to the finals, with SS#1 wining the league Championship!!!  SS# 2 and SS#3 game in second and third !!!
Great season girls !!!!
