St. Simon Parish School Conference Sign-Ups

Dear St. Simon Families:

This year we are scheduling our Parent/Teacher conferences online.   This will help minimize
the time that it takes to schedule and will also provide a technologically user-friendly environment for parents and staff.  In addition, if your child has multiple teachers, you will now have the ability to set up a conference to speak with them about your child’s progress.  We are hopeful that this process will help in many ways and we will also seek your input with an online survey a week after the conferences take place.  

There are two links that will direct you to proper sites to sign up.  One link will take you to the elementary teachers (K-5) and the other will take you to middle school teachers (6-8).  

Conference sign-ups will begin today at 5pm.   Sign-ups will have a priority schedule as follows:

1.    Families with 3 or more children in grades K-8.  (Families can sign-up starting at 5pm on Tuesday, October 14th.)

2.    Families with 2 children in grades K-8. (Families can sign-up starting at 5pm on Thursday, October 16th.)

3.    Families with 1 child in grade K-8.  (Families can sign-up starting at 8am on Monday, October 20th.)

Sign-ups are on the honor system.  Sign-ups will be reviewed by the administration, staff, and webmaster for adherence to the priority protocol.

Directions for sign-ups are:

1.    Click on the appropriate conference link(s) for your child or children. (Links located below)
2.    Click on the date and time that you would like your conference.    This is the (I’ll be there) button.
3.    New screen will appear.  Please type in your parent name (first and last), child name, email, telephone number, and an undo code
    (this will allow you to make changes if you need to reschedule your conference).
4.    Click on the (I’ll do it) button and you should be in the system for a conference.
5.    Please write down your date and time of conference, and your undo code on a piece of paper.
6.    If you need to change your conference time please go back online and push the (Undo) button and enter your undo code.
7.    If you have any other questions please contact Mr. Clossick.

If you are unable to schedule a conference with a teacher due to all of the time slots being full, please contact them directly.

All enrichment teachers will be available on Wednesday, November 5, in the parish center from 1pm-4pm for cafeteria style conferences.  They can also be contacted individually if a conference is needed.
