September 12

This is what we did today:
- Discussed the importance of names and that God invites us to know His name
- Reviewed the letters A, a, B, b, C, and c
- Worked with our high frequency words for September
- Practiced writing our names
- Continued with sorting
- Completed a math pre-assessment in which we looked at many of the concepts we will cover this year
- Discussed the role of rules in keeping us safe
- Read How Rocket Learned to Read by Tad Hills (Mr. Clossick was our guest reader!)
