Welcome to 7th Grade Religion!
Our main focus this year is the New Testament. We will begin by studying the letters written by Saint Paul. Through Paul, we will discover how Jesus is our constant companion as we face many issues concerning living a Christian moral life.
Next, we'll explore the four Gospels. The Gospel of John shines light on the mysterious relationship between
the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and how much they love us. The Gospel of Matthew presents the role of the Chuch as the group passing on the truth who Jesus is and what he accomplished for us, while the Gospel of Mark helps us explore who Jesus is in our life. In Luke's Gospel we discover many stories of Jesus' compassion for those in need.
