What a Year!
The 2008-09 school year has simply flown by!  Our students have grown spiritually, academically, inquisitively, neighborly, in trust and strength.  When I look back on the year, there are too many highlights to list, but here are a few:
-    The sacraments of First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, and Confirmation
-    Beautiful, well-prepared Wednesday Masses, special Masses, the Rosary, Stations of the Cross, and May Procession
-    Generous outreach to Catholic Charities, St. Vincent de Paul, and other organizations during Advent and Lent
-    The outpouring of love and support for families who experienced difficult times this year
-    The Christmas Program and the Talent Show
-    Special assemblies, including Opera San Jose and the San Jose Taiko
-    Successful Auction, Magazine Drive, Cookie Dough Fundraiser, Book Fairs, and the Walk-a-thon
-    Outstanding student and teacher participation in special events and activities such as Young Authors’ Faire, Colonial Day, California History Day, Science Camp, Band, Choir, Altar Servers, Read Across America, Academic Decathlon, Student Council, Diocesan Choral Festival, Science Fair, Geography Bee, Spelling Bee, and the DARE program
-    The Father Murray Tournament and other athletic events
-    Excellent parent volunteer support
-      And the list could go on, and on, and on……
We are so glad that we could share these with you!
