Mrs. Tachibana's Pre-Algebra

Welcome to Pre-Algebra!  My hope is to create an engaging and positive environment for you.   As concepts are introduced, class work and homework will be assigned to aid in the reinforcement these concepts.  I request that your best effort be made to complete each assignment, to ask questions when you are uncertain, and to be open to new ideas.

Homework Information

    Homework is assigned daily.  Please read the syllabus for additional information regarding homework policy. 

    Work submitted one day late will be accepted at a lower grade of 75% with completed "Late Work Form" attached to the front of the assignment.  Late homework will be accepted up until the chapter test.  No exceptions!

    If you are absent, please staple a completed "Absent Work Form" to the front of the assignment, and place it in the box in my room. 

Math Maintenance, Quizzes, and Tests

    Math maintenance sheets, quizzes, and tests will be sent home for parent/guardian signature.  These need to be signed and return to school by the next class meeting.
