This is what we did today:
- Discussed how special families are, learned about the Holy Family and drew pictures of our own families
- Wrote a three-sentence morning message together
- Worked with J/j and its sound
- Reviewed our October high frequency words
- Started What Do You See?, a booklet that focuses on the words I, see and like
- Worked with position terms inside, outside, in front and behind and reviewed other position terms covered to date
- Created and discussed a graph about our favorite Halloween characters
- Discussed the difference between fiction and non-fiction
- Drew pictures of us in our Halloween costumes
- Made shoeprint ghosts
- Learned about our star of the week
- Read S is for Snowman: God’s Wintertime Alphabet by Kathy-jo Wargin
- Had free activity time
