This is what we did today:
- Drew pictures for and had a Thanksgiving prayer service
- Wrote together and copied a topic sentence and added two details
- Looking ahead to after Thanksgiving, we made the covers for our Christmas books
- Colored a turkey following a color key
- Discussed various types of animals, their habitats, body coverings and other facts
- Reviewed the numbers 0 through 5 and ordinal numbers 1st through 5th
- Participated in Star of the Week sharing
- Had P.E. and free activity time
- Participated in our Thanksgiving Feast
- Read 10 Fat Turkeys by Tony Johnston

Homework: Please review Chapter 10 in God Loves Us. Parents, please sign on page 42.

We sent home the children’s reading books. The books, tote bags and logs are due back at school by Tuesday.
