This is what we did today:
- Reviewed S/s, T/t, U/u and V/v
- Wrote three sentences about snow
- Reviewed what we have learned about our country
- Added the season words to our My Word Books
- Compared numbers through 31
- Discussed various types of weather
- Participated in Star of the Week sharing
- Had Spanish and music
- Read The Legend of the Kite by Chen Jiang Hong

Homework: Today we sent home the children’s reading books. The books, tote bags and logs are due back at school by Tuesday.

This weekend: You are invited to attend the St. Simon School open house for current and prospective families. It will be on Sunday, January 29, from 10:00 to 1:00. Refreshments will be available in the new Learning Resource Center. I hope to see you then! Also, the Fr. Murray Tournament will continue through Sunday.
