You're absolutely right. A hthelay weight is a product of a stable, hthelay lifestyle. Most people who get on a fast weight loss program tend to go back to their old habbits right after they shed those extra pounds. They start to eat the way they did and thus, gradually return to their old weight. I think exercise is the key to maintaining good shape. I lost a lot weight practicing martial arts over the 5 years, and though I'm not exercising regularry right now, I keep a stable body weight of 154 lbs. There are also cool ways to mix compatible foods and separate bad ones, to get the fats burned out almost automatically. Btw. How exactly does acupuncture work for weight loss ?
